Staff and students celebrate great GCSE results

Staff and students across the Howard family are celebrating brilliant GCSE results today.

Among the great achievements are:

• At Howard of Effingham School 38% of grades were 9-7 (compared with 25% in the South East of England) and 88% of grades were 9-4 (compared with 67% nationally)
• There was a 12% rise in strong passes in English and Maths at Oxted School
• Three Rivers Academy enjoyed their strongest ever GCSE results, with 64% of students achieving grade 4+ in English and Maths
